Just returned from Istanbul from my second visit after having implants Crowns and root canal treatment from start to finish the process has been incredible and so simple from my first enquiry Ayda who coordinates was understanding and explained the whole process and provided me with a initial estimate for the cost of the work no pressure sales tactics just precise and clear I had all ready had quotations from dentists in the UK for work required the clinic is located close to hotels in Taksim/Sisli and is located 5 mins walk from the metro when I arrived i met Dr Sakin who carried out initial scans and confirmed what treatment was required which was less than I had been advised in the UK due to being able to repair two teeth rather than having replacement implants and no sinus lifts or bone grafts as I had been advised in the UK he also found an infection i had that had not been picked up by my private dentist in the UK !! extraction were carried out initially and the restorative work carried out with the minimum pain i was looked after through out the process by his assistant ibru who was fantastic I then returned three month later to have my implants completed once i had healed again Ayda coordinated all of this easily prior I was given recommendations on the different types of implants and this was completed in one day with no pain i then had my crown treatment started by Dr Betul who was also incredible she explained the process thoroughly completed the inital treatment with moulds and fitted temporary crowns and the finished crowns were made and completed 2 days later with the minimum of fuss I have spent a lot of time and effort in the UK and i can honestly say the quality level of care cleanliness of the facility and cutting edge technology far exceeds anything i have experienced in the UK and this includes private who carry out work for the stars I am looking forward to returning in June to complete my treatment and bringing my Father to start his treatment anyone who is thinking about having dental work carried out in Turkey and is worried about choosing the right Clinic I would suggest contact Ayda and start with Citydent first you will not be disappointed thank you Ayda Dr Sakin Dr Betul and Ibru for your fantastic service

I travelled from Ireland to Citydent and had an excellent experience over two days (25.03.2026 and 26.03.2026). My root canal, permanent filling, and professional teeth cleaning were all completed smoothly and successfully. Everything was perfectly organised by Melissa, and Dr Boran along with his assistant Dolunay were outstanding. The clinic is clean, safe, and has very friendly staff, plus it’s conveniently located near hotels in Sisli. It’s significantly cheaper than Ireland—an incredible value—and I would highly recommend it and happily return again. Thank you Dr.Boran, Dolunay and Melissa!

I spent quite a bit of time reading reviews online before deciding where to go. Several front teeth were treated with veneers. The dentist adjusted the colour a couple of times so they wouldn't look to white. It took a little longer than expected but the final result looks very natural.

I initially planned to have my dental treatment done in Germany, but due to the very high costs, the long treatment duration, and what I felt was a lack of professionalism, I started looking for alternatives. That’s when I decided to go to Istanbul and chose Citydent Istanbul — and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made. From the very beginning, the communication was excellent. I was contacted via email and received all the necessary information, including a clear and detailed treatment plan with transparent pricing. I would like to thank Dr. Asli for her excellent care and service. When I arrived in Istanbul, my denture broke. Dr. Asli understood the urgency to repair because my flight is in the evening. She did all she could to fix it by working directly with the laboratory technician upstair, called and convinced the technician on how to repair it well and quickly. After being repaired, Dr. Asli fitted my denture again and guided the technician to ensure that I will be comfortable. This showed Dr. Asli excellent service and focused on the patient. Had a brilliant experience with both Nevra and Sude. I went to get my teeth whitened. My teeth are already quite white. Nevra was honest and stated I didn’t need my teeth whitened and she did not recommend as my teeth are already white. She cleaned my teeth to a great standard. Literally saved my tooth here! Two months ago one of my old fillings of a molar tooth fell out, and visually it looked like a significant part of the tooth was gone. I thought it was hopeless, but Dr Demirhan professionally conducted root canal treatment and inserted a new filling, so now it looks natural and the tooth is fully functional again.

I had two appointments; n The first visit on September 25 to start the procedure and one on January 26 to complete it. On both occasions I was in contact with Ayda, who was very helpful in explaining the procedures and answering any queries I had. On the days of the appointments, the involved dentists had explained what they were doing, conducting in a professional manner. Post procedures, they explained to me what was done, what I was able to eat and not eat, and assured me that any post procedural aches and pain would subside. Any discomfort I felt or any queries I had they were able to resolve for me. After my procedures were finished, they explained the after care to me and for me to contact them for any further assistance. Highly recommended

Very happy with service. I am highly recommend this place.Very accurate, precise and painless treatment.

My US doctors told me I needed a full set of crowns. One quoted me $30,000 one quoted me $22,500. I sent my x-rays and pictures of my mouth to CityDent and they quoted me approximately €5000. But when I arrived Dr. Gunduz explained that I could solve the problem without a full set of crowns. He then proceeded to solve the problem through fillings and took care of a number of other small issues that I wasn't even aware of. He also made me a night guard and did a full teeth bleaching all for approximately $800. I couldn't be happier. He is the most honest, skilled dentist I've ever encountered. And if anyone is wondering if this is not a real post click on my profile and you will see hundreds of posts from all over the world and my pictures have over 10 million views. So this is obviously a real profile. I also want to say thank you to Ayda who was my coordinator. She was so nice and helpful and her smile is so reassuring. Thank you again CityDent!!

One word: superb!! During my visit in Istanbul, I had booked two appointments at CityDent to have some work done which included getting new crowns. I was so, so impressed by every step of the journey: from my initial Whatsapp contact with Melissa to arrange suitable dates for appointments, and then from my arrival at the clinic where I was greeted warmly, the examination and work done by Dr. Aslı Yalçınkaya and her assistant, and the end result when my new crowns were inserted. For those reading this review from say the UK and need expensive and complicated dental work done, book an appointment today! I could not believe the cost of my new crowns and they look exactly like my original teeth! Upon recommendation of laser teeth whitening (and it was only a recommendation, not pushy in the slightest), I'm glad I said yes. My smile has been transformed and I keep smiling in the mirror because I am so happy with the resultq. My teeth look white again, but in a natural white way. They selected the right shade as I did not want that shocking Hollywood white colour. When my partner saw my smile, he was so impressed that he booked a teeth whitening session on the spot as well and they managed to squeeze him that day. In the UK, I would have paid a fortune for the crowns and teeth whitening, and would have undoubtedly experienced a rushed and sub-standard appointment. Dr Yalçınkaya was so patient and thorough. I have never been treated so well whilst at the dentist! She ensured that the crowns fit perfectly and even when she said one of them fit 95% well, she returned it to the lab for a slight modification, as she was looking for a perfect fit. I really appreciated this attention to detail. The clinic itself is very modern and impeccably clean, certainly not the average dental clinic in London. You are in the best hands here!!! If you are unsure, contact the clinic anyway and you can just have a chat about what you need and receive an estimate as to how much it will cost. I have already recommended this clinic to a friend (and will continue to recommend it to others!)

CityDent is the ONLY dental office in Istanbul you need to go to. Melissa at the front desk took care of everything before our arrival. Amazing cleanings for the whole family and when they found a cavity they got me in the next day. That filling was the best experience and it was my first without nitrous gas. He had such a gentle touch that I barely noticed and the time and care he put into the filling was not something I have experienced in the past at other dentists. Even the orthodontist who checked my retainer said it was good so they are not out for a cheap buck. They are the real deal and anyone especially anyone from the US please take my advice and go there. You and your teeth will thank me!

I’m a past client and have been trying to talk to Citydent now for a couple days since I already got a travel date booked, you call the WhatsUp app and they never pick up they rather text but they seem to be busy to even text in a timely fashion. It has become very frustrating since I already called two times and haven’t achieved any desired results. I thought everything was going well when the topic of the appointment was being discussed but then there was silence on the texting thread and I wanted to discuss my wife’s appointment but somehow we didn’t reach that part. Some time management on their behalf especially when the client is outside the country should be their utmost priority. Two days calling CityDent keeping in mind there is a time zone difference and still my questions or concerns are not answered. It shouldn’t take more than one call to get things done but two attempts and I’m not sure if I need to make a third one has become frustrating. Please do better CityDent. Update 7-16-25 After finally acknowledging my frustrations and offering an apology I have decided to update CityDent with 3 stars due to the fact that I was very honest with this review and look forward to gave them 5 stars when I arrive at their clinic. For all those considering dental treatment in Turkey, please do consider my review. I received an all on 4 implant zirconia dental bridge of the upper jaw. The process from start to finish took approximately 3 months that included two visits to Istanbul. Soheila was my point of contact. An articulate professional who communicated the process in a confident manner. The dental practice was clean, modern and well equipped. Certainly fit for purpose. Dr Berkay carried out the implant surgery. Three months after the surgery, it was confirmed that the implants had fused with the jaw bone successfully with no complications. During the healing process, I experienced no pain and the only discomfort that one could reasonably expect from multiple tooth extractions lasted no longer than 5 days. I can only conclude that this was a result of accuracy, precision and expertise of Dr Berkay. Dr Betul, a specialist in prosthodontics was responsible in the making and fitting of both my temporary and permanent bridge. During my first visit, my temporary bridge was made and fitted to the implants. Aesthetically the temporary bridge looked absolutely amazing. I knew at this point I was in good hands and was very excited for the final fitting of the permanent bridge. Three months later and I have just had my permanent bridge fitted. The functionality and aesthetics of the permanent bridge has exceeded well beyond my expectations. Multiple visits were made during my 2nd visit and this was to allow for Dr Betul's skillful attention to detail in creating an exceptionally beautiful zirconia bridge. She was extremely thorough and this in turn gave me much confidence in her skilled abilities. Both Dr's exemplary of a well organised and professional dental practice. An observation that is worth noting is that, the whole team from front staff reception, laboratory technicians and dental assistants such as Ms Emru (who I particularly noticed worked tirelessly and with great effort) work seamlessly together towards providing a high level of service within a short period of time. I found a good dental recommendation in Istanbul from the internet which is Dentcity clinic. At first I went there the staff welcomed me especially doctor Hüseyin who was very patient and kind when I asked many questions. He is a professional doctor. in the end he advised me to have dental surgery with Dr. Selin. We arrived at CityDent earlier than the expected appointment 3pm 16/01/2025 we were accommodated by there smiling receptionist, but only to find out with the Guest Relation Officer that our appointment is at 5pm 17/01/2025, me and Kent was just smiling as we forget that is the original appointment we've got from them, the best part is I was sneak in by there Guest relation officer to one of there New Doctor and we were happy about it. Started my consultation around 3pm, Firstly I was hesitant to do the procedure as I am not knowledgeable to them, after all the X-Ray and panoramas, Doctor Sameer my Citydent Doctor asked again for another set of Panorama and guided me back to Xray, I was thinking hmmmm now I’m starting to believe in his capabilities as I know my case already he wanted to make sure that he clearly see the picture of my panorama as there are 2 Doctors refused to do my procedure, upon discussion price was revealed to me by his assistant and which is far way of what Is London and the Other Clinic in Turkey is offering me which is unreasonable 10x higher than CityDent price, thats why I directly said I will go to the procedure, Doctor Sameer explained every details and options to my procedure and he will really take time to explain it despite of his busy schedule. I was given the following options: to remove it fully but there is possibility that I will have longterm numbness on my cheek, jaw and lip if the nerve will be damaged anatomically but said it is my choice if Im hesitant to do it but he assured me that he will do his best not to touch the nerve and this is the nth times that Ortho Doctors was telling me as 2 of my wisdom teeths are buried in the bone and near to the nerve. 2nd option was he will cut it half and buried the other half by securing to closed it by the tissues of the gums and I said Yes to the 2nd Option as Im thinking that this is the best option and went back to waiting area for they will prepare the table for OR. Last minute decisions made!!! my Angels 😇 Momsh Luv-Luv Gania and Mommy Doctora Aerdna Zerep Lacato called and I explained the procedure and Momsh Luv was in contact with Mommy Doctora regarding my case, Mommy Doctora explained everything and check my panorama and said that I Should go for Option 1 and both of them gives me strength not to be afraid regarding option 1 az the pain will just come back if not taken out fully. And I Said to Doctor that I will go for Option 1 and Doctor Sameer reassured me by saying “Trust me your in good hand and I will do everything not to touch the nerve”. And procedure went on. Procedure started at 3pm and finished at 7pm 16/01/2025 making sure that no roots of tooth left. Happy parts after the anesthesia subside all Turkey Pharmacy was closed (closed at 7pm) the good thing Sheraton Hotel able to guide me where is the location of the Emergency 🚨 Pharmacy in Turkey . Suffered pain from 7pm till 1am only hehehe but after taking all the meds I was able to tolerate the pain. She provided me with assistance on every matter. Regarding the pricing, they first prepared an estimated treatment plan, and they didn’t request any deposit. During the first consultation, my treatment plan was finalized by the specialist doctors, and we agreed on the details. My implants were placed by Dr. Berkay Sakin, my root canal treatments were handled by Dr. Emirhan Bütün, and my crowns were done by Dr. Betül Arkan. I also had some gum issues, which Dr. Selin Şahinkaya took care of. Although CityDent's prices may be slightly higher compared to other clinics, it is a large clinic with very high-quality and experienced doctors. They have their own laboratory, and all the staff members are friendly and welcoming. Everyone showed great care and attention throughout my treatment process.

Incredibly professional from receptionist to dentist, moreso than any dental clinic I've visited in the UK. Me and my Mrs were seen on time for our scale and polish and they even gave the Mrs a free polish (she was told that she didn't need a scale as her teeth were remarkable). Place was squeaky clean and had a really nice waiting area. Very reasonably priced to boot. Very happy customer- definitely will be back the next time I'm in Istanbul!

From the start I had my coordinator Soheila. She looked after me great. My dentist Dr Gizem was fantastic. Attention to details is just unreal. I had implants/ crowns/root canal and extraction done. What can I say ... 10/10....

Was seen on the same day, and when I explained how much pain I was in, they agreed to do it. They went above and beyond and stayed with me beyond opening time. I went into here, frankly pretty terrified. I needed an implant and crown in an emergency, and was dreading the experience. The place was efficient and super hygienic and I was really, really impressed by how clearly and thoughtfully everything was explained about the procedure and pricing. Nevra and Sude was brilliant and treated my tooth so fast. I also did cleaning and all of this took just half an hour in total. It was not painful at all. Prices here are very affordable, in my country I'd pay much more for the same procedures.

Extremely satisfied with the entire team at Citydent. I flew to Istanbul from the U.S. with the intent of having a hair transplant done. My own dentist back home said I needed my bridge replaced (after 10 years) and a new crown put in, which was when I thought to reach out via WhatsApp to obtain a quote and was pleased to see it was a fraction of the price I was quoted. Dr Nevra is the most amazing dentist I've ever come across. I had pain so visited. She made time for me the same day (weekend), did some x-rays and carried out a root canal procedure. Following the procedure, the pain remained, so she called me in for further assessments and wrote me pain relief and antibiotic prescription. The pain subsided straight away. At my follow up appointment, she carefully talked me through another state of the art, topological x-ray and gave me excellent advice and guidance. I would most definitely recommend Dr Nevra to all my family and friends. I am considering using Dr Nevra as my dentist for life, rather than relying on the NHS in UK. Prices were reasonable too. Dr Nevra's assistant was kind, although I would recommend she learns English 😉

I had 6 implants and 18 zirconia ceramic crowns placed at Citydent 2 years ago. Three months later, two of the back teeth developed small ceramic cracks due to my tight bite. I went back for a correction, this time they used monolithic zirconia for free. Aesthetically, there is no difference, and I haven't had any problems in a year. They were very professional and did not hesitate to apply their warranty, I thank them..

WOW can’t Thank the team at Citydent enough! I researched over 100 dental clinics all over turkey and finally found the right one! Do not waste your time and money going to any other dentist or all inclusive dentist as I found most of those dental practices do not provide the same level of expertise and professionalism and only after your money. Citydent is a will establish dental clinic where you find locals aswel as travelers like myself attend with nothing but great results, the 1600+ reviews says it all. Ayda the co-ordinater was amazing through the process of communication, she answered all my questions and even provided me with pricing which gave me the confidence to know this was the right place for me. On arrival I was pleasantly greeted by Ayda and the team, everything I expected plus more, Dr Sinn and his Assistant Kader and Yıldız done an amazing job, he advised me accordingly installed my implant super fast and provided me with a prescription for pain relief, to be honest I came away from Citydent with no pain 100% satisfaction and was able to enjoy the rest of my trip in Turkey. I found Citydent after a search on Google for an urgent appointment for my mom and what a find! My choice to visit the clinic was based on the excellent reviews given by international patients. My mom met with Dr. Caner and Dr. Ekin, both who were not only professional but also, and what made our experience very positive, very kind and elaboratly explaned the treatment needed. I also find their prices to be very reasonable for the quality of service provided. They have multilingual staff: Arabic and English, besides their mother tongue Turkish as well. Not only do I recommend, but will also visit them myself on my next trip to Istanbul.

it was my first time going to a dental clinic abroad and I was very unsure if I dared to do it. but after I met Nevra and Ebru I decided to take the treatment in the clinic here. they were very nice and made me relax. I received good information from the doctor. Best of all, I got the appointment the next day which was absolutely amazing. Was quite happy with the price too. All in all 10 stars.

Overall, it was a very pleasant and professional experience. I had two sessions here with Dr. Caner Demir, who was extremely friendly with high professional ethics. Dr. Caner always took the time to explain in detail what is happening and what the steps to be taken for the treatment. Dr. Caner spoke great English and Communication was very clear. I highly recommend seeking your treatment here. Along with Dr. Caner was technician Sarah who was also extremely polite, professional and friendly. She also speaks Arabic for those who need it. Both of my sessions took around 4 hours of hard work and i couldn't be more thankful for both of them. Also, Dr. Caner did his best to accommodate his schedule to mine despite my limited time in Istanbul as a tourist. The clinic is big , clean and well furnished and equipped . The location is easily accessible.The staff speak Turkish , English and many of them speak Arabic and some speak french. It was easy to get an appointment .The initial consult and x- ray is free. I had my dental work done by Dr.Caner assissted by Sarah. Dr.Caner was very proffessional , polite and sincere in his work .He explained the problem to me and even every step he was doing in very good English. His assisstant Sarah was very helpful and efficient and spoke very good English and Arabic her smiling face comforted me all the time I spent in the clinic. An American tourist, I had work done in April for a fraction of what it would have cost at home, and wanted to wait a few months to see how things held up, before writing my review. Came to Turkey on holiday and on the last day developed pain in a tooth. I found these guys online and was a bit apprehensive. This was all destroyed with their kindness, cleanliness and professionalism. Although I required 4 fillings, 2 extractions, I was under no pressure to proceed. I consulted with a UK dentist who agreed with their plan. I opted to have cleaning done only which was done meticulously. I will return for more treatment in the future. Special thanks to Dr Adil and assistant Dondu as well as Ayda who coordinated all this.

Well, lets put it this way… this is the best dental experience I’ve ever had…. EVER!! I flew from California to have 4 implants, two crowns and a couple fillings. Haha my teeth needed some help. DR. Nevra, my dentist was absolutely incredible. Communicative, professional and incredibly knowledgable in suggesting how things should be done. She was accompanied by Ebru, her assistant and they made a great team. With the implants DR. Cagdas took his time and truly was a professional from beginning to end. He walked me through options, pain points and future proofing. The team here is so transparent. From scope of work, to price, to timeline… everything is streamline, clean and well done. Having suffered with bad teeth for the better part of a decade… this trip was life changing. High five guys!!!

I'm an American residing in Saudi Arabia. I needed some dental work done and was looking for available options with a good price/quality ratio. Came across Citydent Istanbul by google search, read the reviews, still was skeptical. I contacted the clinic by WhatsApp. The communication with Tuba, the Patient Coordinator, was very smooth and effortless. Came to the clinic, which is very conveniently located steps away from Taksim metro station, saw Dr.Nevra for two minor fillings and teeth cleaning, and dr.Berkay for implant. Both doctors spoke fluent English, had zero language barrier. I was very impressed overall. The standards of care are very high, the equipment and materials they use is a state-of-the-art. Everything was done fast and professional, no pain or discomfort. I was especially surprised that an implant procedure took literally 20 minutes. Prices were very reasonable. It's been 4 months and my implant seems to be doing very well. Headed to Istanbul in July to get a crown. Will update my review then. Overall, great experience. Recommend.

I had a difficult situation with a broken crown from abutment, and it was required to be replaced, the other dentists were unable to remove it I arranges a time with Ayda, and when I came in she did a marvelous job explaining to the dentist about the problem to Ms. Benan (my dentist) and assistant Dilara. They all worked as a team and miraculously the abutment was removed. Everything was beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this place.

I found this clinic by accident by searching the internet after I started having very serious dental problems. Even though Türkiye is very popular destination for its outstanding dental services, I wasn’t sure if I was dealing with right and reliable service provider. However, thanks to the outstanding services and timely information I have been receiving from this clinic while being in US, I was convinced that I was dealing with the right service provider. The price quote I received from the clinic based on my panoramic X ray I sent stayed the same without any changes even though I knew it could change based on in person review of my dental/oral condition. The doctors and their assistants, including Dr. Mehmet, Tuba, and Aysun were very caring and made sure that the new implants that I was getting met my expectations. I was very happy with my selection!

I want to highly recommend this private clinic in Istanbul - wonderfully situated beside the superb Divan Hotel . Just recently in january 2023 I had another implant done by doctor Cagdas Aykut and his team, and it was a very very satisfying experience. Everything went well, doctor Cagdas speaks fluent English and is a doctor in the best sense, explaining what I needed to know and fully aware of his responsibilities for the patients health. His team is very sympathetic and kind and he is a wonderful doctor. I really recommend this clinic - me snd my family had several tooth implants made and are so happy now. We went to the clinic for a scale and polish and teeth whitening. The team were great, really welcoming and professional. Our team were Caner and Sude. They spoke great English and explained everything in detail. The entire process was done with great care and we felt like we were in safe hands. I would highly recommend this clinic and when I come back I would definitely return. The cost of treatment is half of that in the UK with better standards of care.

I am so happy I picked Cidydent in Istanbul. After searching many websites ( I live in Los Angeles, USA), I picked Citydent in Istanbul, because they are specializing in dentistry, they have a large staff, their office looks very nice and they have a very professional website. Once I came to Istanbul, I was welcomed by dear Aysa, who speaks fluent English. She is so warm, friendly and kind and stayed close to me during surgery and after surgery. (I did many implants) Dr. Sinan Buday was very friendly and speaks English. He did my implants. I had 2 days of surgery and he was so professional and I did not feel any pain during the surgery. I am so grateful that he did my implants. With all his years of experience I felt safe and confident that he would do the right job. I used to be scared of dental work, but after this treatment, I am not scared anymore. Once I was done with the implants, prothesist Dr. Gizem Tabar took care of my temporary teeth. She was wonderful, so kind and has a beautiful smile. She also speaks English and she is very professional. During the week I was in Istanbul for my dental work, I was even able to travel and enjoy Istanbul. The location was Great! We walked to the clinic. Our hotel was 5 minutes walking distance. I want to thank the whole team at Citydent. Now my friends want to come too! I highly recommend Citydent! I am coming back in 3 months with my husband. He wants to do his teeth too.

I went for a regular check up. Dr. Nevra did a deep cleaning to take care of some gum issues and a filling for one tooth. Her and her assistant Ebru took great care of me while getting these procedures done. Also Tuba was very helpful translating everything in English for me and making sure I understand everything. The facilities are top notch, very clean and organized. The staff is very welcoming and friendly.

I asked myself was it really worth it , the first time I was in Özel Citydent, I really thought the teeth I saw on commercials were unrealistic, and I could never have the perfect teeth. Dr Esin is amazing and very professional doctor. This is the second visit at this clinic. I flew from the UK to come to do my teeth here and I was pleased to do it. Dr Esin was very patient and informative, she explained to me all possibilities and the whole process in detail. Together with her assistant Melisa did a fantastic job. Dr. Mustafa fixed my fillings for me after not going to a dentist for years, he took great care of me and I left the dentist with a brighter smile, he also helped my sister get her teeth fixed and he was also very accommodating to our travel plan and helped us get everything done before going back home which we really appreciated!

***The ONLY review you need *** This review is based on the experiences of my mom who needed an all-on-6 procedure, and covers our two visits. VISIT ONE: Since we were flying from Canada, I conducted hours of research to ensure the best selection. I was blown away at how efficient CityDent was at providing prompt responses, sending voice notes for further explanations, and providing detailed treatment plants that were transparent and honest with costs. This is also where I was first introduced to their outstanding patient coordinator Tuba. On our arrival, we were greeted with Tuba and my Mom’s surgeon Dr. Berkay. During the consultation, Dr.Berkey communicated with us in English and was extremely welcoming, and helped ease any anxieties with his light-hearted nature. Throughout the surgeries, he explained every step he was completing and had such a gentle touch. Accompanying him were the dental assistants Unal and Dlovan, who cared for my mother as if she was their own, and were attentive to her every need to make sure she was comfortable at all stages. Outside of the procedure room, Tuba, Dr. Berkay and the dental assistants continued to show genuine care towards my mothers well-being and always checked in to make sure she was leaving the clinic happier and healthier than when she arrived. VISIT TWO: After 3.5 months, we returned back to Turkey with so much ease, and even excitement to be returning to CityDent, as it was great to be returning to a friendly and caring environment. We were grateful to work with Tuba again, as she took her time explaining all the next steps, and would check in with us on a regular basis to make sure we were comfortable and happy. During this visit, we had the pleasure of working with their prosthesis specialist Dr. Gizem Tabar and her assistant Gizem, who worked with my mom to create her dentures. We were blown away at the professionalism and artistry of Dr. Gizem, as she puts so much pride and effort into her work, and is a master of her craft. She made sure my mom was happy with her new smile, and did not rest until it met her high standard and approval. CONCLUSION: In conclusion, there are so many reasons why I recommend CityDent. Yes, their location is perfectly convenient around Taksim, it is always spotless, clean and has transparent and affordable prices, but moreover… It is their staff that makes it the best dentist one can go to. Thank you Tuba for always being there for us, being so kind and caring, and looking after my mother by organizing her dental procedures, and being a constant source of smiles and laughter in the waiting room. Thank you Dr. Berkay for making a complicated procedure of all teeth extractions and placing 6 implants, an easy pain-free one. I chipped my front right tooth. I came here and met with Dr. Benan and her assistant Dilara. Dr. Benan shared different treatment options and I decided to go with a composite bond. She did an incredible job of repairing the chip while matching the shape and color with my existing teeth. She took her time to make sure everything looked right. I high recommend coming here for any cosmetic work.
